- Profile content: profile picture, bio, favorite team, and streaming channel details you choose to provide.
- League & activity data: leagues you join, teams you control, chat messages, game channel posts, trades, and scheduling activity.
- Support requests: the name, email, subject, and message you submit through our support form.
- Usage data: device and app interaction data used to operate and improve the service.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your account and league memberships.
- To operate chat, scheduling, trades, and game channel features.
- To send notifications you haven't muted and to respond to support requests.
- To detect live streams and display them within your league's game channels.
- To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the service (for example, with hosting and infrastructure providers), to enforce our rules, or when required by law. League and chat content is visible to other members of the leagues you join, consistent with the sharing settings you and your league's commissioner control.
Device Permissions
Pro League HQ requests access to your photo library only when you choose to add an image, and never accesses device features in the background:
- Photo Library: Pro League HQ accesses your photo library so you can select and upload profile pictures, league logos, and images to share in league chats.
- Save to Photo Library: Pro League HQ saves images to your photo library only when you choose to download a league graphic or shared image.
Your Choices
You can edit your profile, adjust notification and DM privacy settings, mute or leave leagues, and request deletion of your account at any time. You may also block other users from contacting you.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data in line with our retention schedule, except where retention is legally required.
