Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Pro League HQ ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Pro League HQ.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you post, including chat messages, game channel posts, and profile information.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or target other users, or post abusive, hateful, or sexual content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Cheat, exploit, or attempt to disrupt leagues, trades, or scheduling.
• Spam, scrape, or access the Service through automated means without permission.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Commissioners may set additional league-specific rules, which supplement (but do not replace) these Terms.

League data, team assignments, trades, and chat content are managed by league members and commissioners. We provide tools to facilitate play but are not responsible for the outcome of league decisions, trades, or disputes. You grant us a license to host and display content you submit within the Service.

Some features may require a paid subscription billed through Base44 Payments. Subscription fees are charged on a recurring basis until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds, if applicable, are handled per our refund policy and applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pro League HQ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
